A Haircut experience like no other
After a couple of bad haircut experiences I decided to bite the bullet and go to the salon I had mocked. I took him to Shear Madness, a salon for kids. It was definitely different than the haircut experiences Marc and I had as kids--no stack of phone books to sit on here!
His chair was a hummer car. He got to pick out a DVD to watch on his personal TV (he chose Thomas the Train), they blew bubbles at him and he got an endless supply of dum-dums. Best of all there is a toy salon at the check out counter. WOW!!
I would have taken a picture of him because he was so cute in the chair, but he was glued to my side the whole time he was there, but at least there was no screaming! So instead I downloaded a picture from their website, so you could see.

Family Snow Day
Last Sunday we woke up to see it snowing huge beautiful flakes. It was the first time Marc was home and able to go out and play in the snow with us, so we hurried up to get outside and have a great time. It was hard to take pictures because the snow was coming down so heavily and the flakes were so enormous they were soaking the camera. You know me though, I wasn't about to be defeated and with persistance we got lots of cute pictures to share with you.

Water Play
Being trapped inside by the super cold weather is making us all a little stir crazy! To break up the day Andrew enjoyed a little water play yesterday afternoon.

Howdy!
Yea! I can blog again!
For those of you that don't know, my camera died last week and I was devastated!!! Marc has been torturing me saying it would be a few months before we could get one, and then he said the famous statement that changed everything. The other night Andrew was being oh so cute, and before he could catch himself he said "Quick, grab the camera". Too late the camera was dead and the moment was gone, but hooray for me--off we went to the store the next day to get a new one!

All these toys...
While doing dishes I noticed that Andrew kept walking back and forth from the stove to the table, jabbering to himself the whole time. At first I thought he was checking out his reflection in the oven door, but when I turned around this is what I saw.
He was very diligently lining up all of the cereal he had dropped on the floor, one piece at a time!
